Job Description:

The Surgical Tech will work in a busy, fast-paced CVOR setting, providing assistance during cardiovascular surgeries. Varied shifts including call requirements will be part of the assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical team during cardiovascular operations.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure readiness of instruments and equipment.
• Participate in patient care pre- and post-surgery when necessary.

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA.
• 2 years of CVOR experience minimum.
• Ability to read and interpret EKG strips.
