You must be able to analyze, estimate, develop and test any of HR requirements about modules below detailed.
What You Do- End-to-end management an resolution of non-payroll topics related to local system (SAP HCM) incidents, developments and new legal requirements.
- Act as first level support for SuccessFactors‑SAP interface issues and as second level for SuccessFactors data issues (IT link between local HRs and Central IT).
- 6 years of SAP HCM experience focused on ABAP, SF‑SAP interface, ALEs, Fiori, Roles/Permissions. Demonstrated experience in PA, OM modules (SAP HCM)
