AIX and Linux System Administrator

AIX/Linux Admin Strong experience in AIX and Linux system administration. Knowledge of shell scripting (KSH/Bash). Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS). Experience with virtualization (LPARs, VIOS for AIX). Familiarity with monitoring tools and system logs analysis. Exposure to backup tools and disaster recovery practices. Basic understanding of security compliance and patch management. Administer and support AIX and Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, SUSE). Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of OS and related tools. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime. Manage user access, file systems, and security policies. Handle LVM, file system management, and disk administration. Support backup and recovery operations.
