Airline Support Specialist (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

Airline Support Specialist – Bilingual Spanish. Supports our airline partner onsite at their office location in Mexico City, MX. The role processes hotel and ground transportation reservations, cultivates successful relationships with the airline partner, and maintains a strong focus on professional, courteous, and friendly service to our valued customers.

Essential Functions

• Serve as API's on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support, guidance, and training.
• Process client requests received from the airline through the API Operations system, assess all customer needs, and respond promptly, well‑informed, accurate, and professionally.
• Follow up on all client requests and transactions to ensure full execution and client satisfaction.
• Alert the supervisor on all critical items that may affect the client or API and require management involvement.
