Airline Coordinator (Cape Town)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check theassigned order according to latest passenger figures in all relevantdepartments
• Conduct allnecessary checks to determine missing items
• Completethe assigned order in accordance with operational times in place
• Co-ordinateloading teams on loading bay, on board the aircraft and on the apron
• Handoverchecked and loaded order to relevant cabin crew
• Liase withdispatch department with regards to last minute changes and actual arrival anddeparture times of aircrafts
• Ensure allsafety rules and regulations are adhering too by drivers 7 loaders of yourrespective team. Be safety vigilant
• Advisecabin crew on equipment, food, packing and loading instructions, product andservice changes
• Supportmanagement with regards to recording services rendered, alterations, customercomplaints and customer feedback when necessary.
