What You’ll Do

• Accountable for the development of airfreight operations and the management of the airfreight team across Malaysia offices.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with airlines, GSA agents, and warehouse operators.
• Track and trace with all compliance with IATA and ensuring adherence to payment cycles.
• Ensure all shipments tendered to the company are handled in a timely and profitable manner.
• Customer service orientated and result driven.
• Adhere to corporate compliance, global and local policies with procedures designed to prevent and detect violations of applicable law, regulations, rules and ethical standards by employees, agents and others.
