Airfreight Customer Service Lead - End-to-End Ops

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Airfreight Forwarding Customer Service Senior Executive to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments and deliver high-quality support across import and export operations.

You will serve as the primary liaison with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners and customs authorities, coordinating bookings, documentation, tracking and issue resolution to ensure on-time, compliant shipment execution.
