Airfreight Coordinator : Late Shift

Salary: Up to £36,000
Location: Bedfordshire
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 22:00

What You’ll Do

As Airfreight Coordinator you will be responsible for managing airfreight movements from start to finish, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments, coordinating transport bookings, providing excellent service, whilst ensuring compliance and maintaining protocols.

• Managing all jobs from quotation stage to final invoicing in line with customer expectations.
• Initiate and coordinate transport bookings.
• ASM Import / Export entries.
• Maintaining aviation protocols.
• Provide timely and proactive updates on all movements directly to the customers.
