Develops instructional standards, training plans, tests, lesson plans, and other training material. Develops, establishes, validates, and maintains unit loadmaster training program. Writes and modifies general guidelines from a broad scope of principles, concepts, technology and methodology in order to form a practical lesson plans for flight training.
