Job Summary
The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Installation:
1. Install split-type, window-type, cassette, floor-mounted, ceiling-mounted, VRF/VRV, and packaged air conditioning systems.
2. Perform proper piping, wiring, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning of newly installed units.
3. Ensure installations comply with company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Preventive Maintenance:
1. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of air conditioning equipment.
