AIRCON SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily ACMV installation, maintenance, and repair works on-site.
• Lead a team of air-conditioning technicians and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure installation of FCUs, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, split units, chilled water piping, ducting, insulation, refrigerant piping, drain piping, and control wiring complies with project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure all works meet company standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve site issues.
