Position: Air & Ocean Specialist, Intermediate
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
- Work with forwarders on a daily basis and ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is supplied for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
- Expedite and trace as required.
