Responsibilities:
- Independent handling of shipments in the field of Airfreight Import in accordance with our quality standards (among other things documentation, booking, shipment control, transport insurance, accounting, customs handling)
- Communication with carriers and subcontractors.
- Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents
- Customer support and services.
- Handling Pre-Alert to destination offices/agents.
- Offer preparation and tracking.
- Handling of complaints.
- Issue invoices and supporting documents to customers and agents.
- Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
- Communication with our branch offices.
- Handling of import customs issues.
- Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager.
