SAIC is seeking a T-6 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Air Force Customer.
(This is a part-time/hourly position, working roughly 20 hrs a week. Position is fully remote but will involve routine travel.)
The primary responsibilities of this role are to support course training analysis and development of courseware and syllabi to improve current Air Force T-6 training across all areas of T-6 airframe use including Pilot Instructor Training and remote pilot training with an eye on future training requirements, training methods, and training aircraft.
This individual will be responsible for:
+ Coordinating with analysis and instructional design team members to effectively gather, assess, and report training needs analysis results to stakeholders.
+ Providing T-6 pilot SME input and QA for instructional design and training analysis to ensure accurate and complete documents are gathered and assessed for analysis.
