Air Force A10 Curriculum/Training Developer

Responsibilities

Noblis is hiring a Curriculum / Training Developer. This will be a full-time role located onsite at a Government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Curriculum Developer shall support Air Force A10 and provide subject matter expertise to develop training materials and related guidance/implementation.

**Additionally, the Curriculum/Training Developer shall provide the following support:**

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to identify learning requirements and recommend effective training solutions.
+ Design learner-centered synchronous, asynchronous, and performance support materials to improve workforce performance.
+ Apply instructional design methodologies to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
