Air Cooled Production Lead

**About this role**

The Air Cooled Production Lead is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and technical support across all Air Cooled production lines (Lines 1–5) to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of products. This role serves as a key liaison between production teams, technicians, and cross-functional departments, driving operational excellence through workforce coordination, continuous improvement initiatives, adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards, and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Serve in a working Lead role, providing hands-on support across all Air Cooled production lines (Lines 1–5).
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
+ Coordinate and schedule technicians to ensure adequate coverage and support across all production lines.
