Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and communicate performance goals
• Organize workflow to clarify employee tasks

• Submit regular performance and operation reports
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Requirements:
• Prior supervisory or site management experience
• Background in metal scrap industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of forklifts and commercial trucks
