AI Transformation Lead

SFS is seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Transformation Lead. As AI Transformation Lead for North America, you will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions across all SFS segments (Automotive, Medical, Distribution & Logistics, Fastening Systems,) Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will work directly with business unit leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into practical, deployed solutions. You will act as the bridge between the Corporate AI Hub and North America, ensuring alignment while driving local execution, speed, and tangible business impact. The role reports directly to the Head of Technology of the SFS Group, part of the worldwide team.
