AI Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Software Engineer to join SolutionInnand help build scalable AI-powered systems for students worldwide. In this role, you will work on modern AI technologies, backend systems, semantic search, personalization systems, and intelligent workflows using LLMs and advanced AI architectures.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered systems and workflows.
• Integrate and work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and other AI models.
• Build scalable backend APIs and AI pipelines.
• Optimize system performance, caching, and database operations.
• Retrieval & AI Systems
• Work on semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG-based systems.
• Improve AI response quality, originality, and reliability.
• Implement systems to reduce duplicate or low-quality AI outputs.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, SEO, and analytics teams.
