AI-Powered Refunds & Chargebacks Product Lead

dLocal is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Fintech) to own the post-transactional experience for refunds and chargebacks across markets. The role focuses on UX, transparency, and speed, with an emphasis on AI-driven automation and higher win rates.

Location is hybrid in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, or Sao Paulo. You will define strategy, design flows across APIs and dashboards, and partner with Operations and Data/ML teams to reduce handling time and errors.
