Lunar Rails in Dubai seeks an AI-native Customer Success & Onboarding Lead to redesign and own the client journey across fintech platforms. You will build SOPs, KPI dashboards, and scalable automations, driving faster time-to-trade and higher CSAT while shaping the future of client experience.
