You will own hiring for roles that sit at the intersection of AI, media, content creation and technology. The people you hire are AI-native creators, engineers, analysts and strategists who use tools like Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, n8n and Make as core parts of their daily output. You know what genuine AI fluency looks like — and you know immediately when someone has just added tools to a CV without ever building anything with them.
