AI Engineer Job Requirement: Experience Required: 5 to 6 years Hands-on experience with
Claude Code . Proficiency in
N8N
(self-hosted preferred) — building complex multi-step workflows, custom nodes, and error handling Strong programming skills in
Python
and/or JavaScript/TypeScript Experience building
AI agents
with tool-use, memory, and multi-step reasoning capabilities Familiarity with
RAG
pipelines and vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) Understanding of
ML/AI fundamentals and ML algorithms
— model inference, embeddings, tokenization, fine-tuning concepts Working knowledge of
REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth/API key authentication Comfortable working in
Linux environments
and CLI-driven workflows. Familiar with hugging face models and Jupyter notebooks. Nice to Have Experience with
OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker
for deploying AI services Familiarity with
cloud platforms
