Insight Global is assisting a client in finding an AI Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity in Kennesaw, GA. This role will spend their time advancing AI capabilities across their organization. They will be centered on designing and building cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on NLP, Generative AI, and document intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end pipelines—from prototyping models to deploying scalable, production-ready solutions—while leveraging modern techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, particularly within document-heavy environments like claims and underwriting and play a key role in shaping the organization’s AI strategy and technical foundation.
