Responsibilities
- Partner directly with senior technologists to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Rapidly translate emerging GenAI usage, risks, and architectural patterns into governance tooling.
- Build internal tools, dashboards, and applications using AI-assisted development.
- Leverage coding assistants to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions.
- Create reusable workflows, agents, and integrations that enable others to become more productive.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback rather than striving for perfection on day one.
- Mentor and enable non-developers to safely build their own solutions.
