Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead the AI enablement initiative for our chip development process. You will be the core driver to integrate AI technologies and tools into the entire chip development workflow, bridging the gap between AI innovation and chip R&D practice. Your mission is to build an AI-based chip development process, develop relevant AI tools and skills, import and localize AI-based chip development tools and processes from the corporate engineering enablement team to our R&D team, and promote their adoption among every R&D engineer, ultimately improving R&D efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product competitiveness.
