AI-Driven Learning Experience Designer

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer in the United Arab Emirates to design and deliver engaging learning programs across e-learning, ILT, virtual and blended formats. You will create courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments while partnering with SMEs to align solutions with business goals.

The role requires at least 3 years in instructional design, proficiency with major authoring tools, LMS experience, and knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and analytics.
