AI-Driven Growth Analytics Lead

Careem is seeking a data-driven Growth & Analytics professional to drive insights for user acquisition, engagement and retention. You will apply SQL, Python and advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize key metrics.

You’ll collect data, perform EDA, design A/B tests, and build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI. Automating weekly and monthly reports and communicating results to stakeholders is essential. 3–4 years in a large scale B2C startup is preferred.
