AI Data Ops Manager — Global Growth & Field Ops

Figure is an AI robotics company hiring in the UAE for the first time. You will own a critical data-collection workflow, hitting targets on volume, quality, and velocity, while building scalable systems and dashboards.

You will lead contributor acquisition and retention, drive localization and partnerships across geographies, and coordinate with engineering, product, and ops to deliver new hardware, software, and operational workflows.
