Your Mission: We are looking for a strategic, hands-on AI Automation Specialist to lead our internal productivity transformation. We want to move beyond using AI as a basic chatbot and evolve it into AI as an invisible teammate. Your mission is to hunt down high-friction business processes and redesign them using AI agents, LLM orchestration, and deep integrations to reclaim thousands of collective work hours for our team.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Process Auditing & Efficiency Deep-Dives
Act as an internal consultant across Sales, HR, Finance, and Ops to identify repetitive, cognitive-heavy bottlenecks that are ripe for AI intervention.
