- Drive the team's exploration of cutting‑edge AI technologies; champion AI Native development practices to improve overall R&D efficiency
- Lead the development of an AI platform , consolidating algorithmic capabilities and engineering infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value
- Recruit and develop algorithm talent; establish the team's technical culture and engineering standards
