AI Agent Product Lead – Support & CX

Preply is seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to own and advance our customer-facing AI agents. You will manage a multidisciplinary team across AI Operations, Knowledge Management, Conversation Design, and Support Automation, guiding roadmap and performance improvements.

You will chart the AI agent's evolution, define quality standards, and drive end-to-end metrics like resolution rate, deflection, and CSAT.
