AI Adoption Lead (m/f/d) - Berlin

Your Mission

• Training & Enablement: Own and run the internal AI training programme — including onboarding sessions for new hires, department-specific workshops, and follow-ups with team leads to ensure sustained adoption.

• Adoption Ownership: Serve as the named internal owner for AI adoption post-consulting engagement (from mid-July), acting as the primary point of contact for department questions, blockers, and escalations.

• Data Governance: Maintain and iterate on the data governance framework as new tools and use cases emerge, ensuring it stays current, practical, and aligned with company policy.

• Internal Communications & Culture: Lead internal AI communications and drive the mindset shift needed for meaningful adoption across the organisation.
