AgTech Field Onboarding Lead - South America

Halter is seeking a South American Launch Specialist to establish our presence in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. You’ll own deployments from onboarding to long-term customer success, working closely with producers to launch Halter in their operations.

You’ll split time between field work and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Support, and Operations, traveling regularly and tailoring deployments to regional ranching practices for durable, practical outcomes.
