Agronomist, operations manager

The successful candidate for the Agronomist, Operations Manager must have the following:

Identify Packhouses in the Western Cape region Purchase Apples, pears, Kiwi and negotiate prices Identify, contract with and supervise local farmers to source high quality fruits Ensure the shipping of packed fruits to other overseas markets. Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Manage and optimise logistics operations to ensure seamless supply chain processes. Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to maintain product quality and delivery timelines. Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
