Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the main showroom and two branch showrooms.
• Supervise, train and motivate sales teams across all locations to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and analyze market trends.
• Manage inventory levels, product display and coordinate with suppliers.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in all branches.
• Coordinate between branches to ensure consistency in pricing, service and branding.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
