What you will be doing: Provide specialist guidance on agricultural valuation methodologies, asset pricing principles, and collateral valuation practices. Advise on the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of machine learning-based valuation models. Identify and validate key valuation drivers, assumptions, and business rules that influence model performance. Review, interpret, and assess model outputs, providing actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and business value. Conduct research on agricultural valuation methodologies, market trends, benchmark data, and industry best practices. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training to promote understanding of valuation models and methodologies. Translate complex analytical and machine learning concepts into clear business language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
