Agricultural Recruitment Lead — Field & Fleet

Mills Recruitment is launching an Agricultural Division in Ashburton and is seeking a hands-on leader to establish and grow the new division. You will recruit and onboard seasonal workers, visit farms, coordinate labour across crops, and lead field crews, ensuring safe, high-quality service for Canterbury clients.

You will build relationships with farmers and rural businesses, manage vehicles and equipment, and travel to support nationwide farming clients.
