This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, Social Worker MSW, Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Professional Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers.
