Responsibilities:
Lead the GBT India Sales team of 10+ members, providing with strategic and operational guidance.
Drive achievement of annual sales forecasts for Klüber and OKS brands.
Ensure effective implementation of the Global Business Team (GBT) strategy in alignment with
strategic initiatives with global vertical GBT-x heads
Responsible for improving and sustaining gross margin performance across the region.
Promote business development through a value-selling approach and innovative solution.
Inspire, guide, and support team members and channel partners as needed.
Organize and oversee customer engagement initiatives such as seminars and Tech Days.
