Responsibilities:

  • Lead the GBT India Sales team of 10+ members, providing with strategic and operational guidance.

  •  Drive achievement of annual sales forecasts for Klüber and OKS brands.

  •  Ensure effective implementation of the Global Business Team (GBT) strategy in alignment with

  • strategic initiatives with global vertical GBT-x heads

  •  Responsible for improving and sustaining gross margin performance across the region.

  •  Promote business development through a value-selling approach and innovative solution.

  •  Inspire, guide, and support team members and channel partners as needed.

  •  Organize and oversee customer engagement initiatives such as seminars and Tech Days.
