1. Role Overview

Reporting to the Global Head of Provider Invoice Management (PIM), the Head of Centre of Excellence (COE) is a senior leadership role based in India, responsible for managing and continuously developing the COE as the operational backbone of the global Provider Invoice Management (PIM) function. The COE serves as the centralised hub that supports different Business Units (BUs) across the Allianz Partners by providing non-stop operational invoice processing teams for all line of business.

The role requires a dynamic leader who can bridge strategic global intent with day-to-day operational delivery, while simultaneously managing a diverse India-based team and engaging with international stakeholders across Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
