Agile Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Agile Project Manager (APM) provides leadership and oversight for the end-to-end development and execution of enterprise-wide digital programmes and projects, including operational and agile initiatives. This role leads and develops the cross-functional teams through iterative development, facilitating scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective coordination of internal and external stakeholders, resources, and vendors to deliver projects successfully, on time, and within budget. The position is accountable for aligning programme and project outcomes with business goals, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring compliance with scope, quality, cost, and benefit objectives across the organization’s project portfolio.
