Agile Pmo

- Develop and manage the integrated Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.- Lead and coordinate baseline schedule preparation, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis.- Perform progress tracking, forecast updates, variance analysis, and critical path assessments.- Lead weekly and monthly schedule reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.- Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to ensure alignment with timelines.- Prepare project performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations (S-curves, histograms, etc.).- Conduct delay impact assessments, and support claims and extension of time (EOT) justifications.- Maintain schedule integrity, document assumptions, constraints, and maintain full change logs.- Interface with project controls, cost engineers, and contracts team for integrated project tracking.
