Qualifications Ability to manage and steer a team to deliver on time with the required quality and to create high performing Dev Ops Team(s) using agile methodology. Deep understanding and experience in the introduction of agile methodology and (scaled) agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Nexus, Le SS) and processes. Proficient in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) and metrics like burndown charts and velocity graphs.
