Agile Delivery Lead – Airline Operations

This full‑time, on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth within Emirates, a global aviation leader. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives that span vendor‑led CAPEX projects, in‑house product enhancements, support releases, and technical debt reduction.

You will work closely with strategic vendor partners to manage delivery timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring all integrations between vendor‑built systems and Emirates’ enterprise platforms meet our technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
