Governance

* Assess Pod performance through improved new ways of working health check allowing for delivery, governance and reporting best practices to be embedded

* Embed consistent ways of working, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Agile ways of working playbook adoption

* Build self-sustaining Pod and functional capability across the client through coaching, training, and governance enablement
