Description

•Serve as a change agent who influences mind-set and behaviors and demonstrates courage to challenge, advise, and coach teams •Partners with Program Agile Coach to engage with and coach teams through a journey of maturation through direct coaching, connecting them with experts, or suggesting peer guidance where necessary while maintaining unbiased perspective when facilitating team conversations in order to encourage shared opinions and support psychological safety. •Foster and encourage a culture of agility, continuous improvement and quality assurance at both the team and enterprise levels. •Employ coaching techniques to help teams and to address gaps in the delivery processes, with a heavy focus on and high technical aptitude for TDD, BDD, XP, secure coding principles and practices, pair programming, CI/CI pipeline, and automated testing. •Prepare material and assist with presentations and written communications to aid in training and education of team members an...
