Agentic Engineer

Job Functions

• Design and implement AI agents that reason, plan, and take actions using LLMs and tool‑use patterns
• Build and maintain full‑stack features (APIs, services, UIs) that integrate agentic capabilities into our products
• Work with the Anthropic Claude API and SDK to develop prompt chains, function calling workflows, and multi‑step agent orchestration
• Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to translate user needs into agentic solutions
• Develop guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns to ensure safe and reliable agent behavior
• Contribute to internal tooling and infrastructure that accelerates agentic development across the team
