About the Role

Data Cloud and Agentforce Solution Engineer – a key member of the pre‑sales organization. Responsible for covering complex technical topics within the sales cycle, especially for the Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions, and acting as a hands‑on technical expert who designs, develops and delivers Proof of Concepts (POCs) and hackathons.

Your Impact – Responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle, covering the technical architecture, data strategy, and AI capabilities of Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Design, build, and present hands‑on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrations for Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Explain the technical and business benefits of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, focusing on Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Understand, assess, and define technical customer requirements centered on AI, data management, and operational data utilisation.
