Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the position or similar.
Language: Advanced spoken English essential; Mandarin Chinese desirable.
Full command of the Customs Law, TIGIE, international trade agreements, regulatory compliance (SAT, NOMs, NTBs).
Accurate tariff classification using technical criteria and understanding of its impact on duties and applicable regulations.
Management of import and export operations under various customs regimes and modalities.
Electronic data entry and validation of customs entries, DODA, COVE, with expert use of SAAI and VUCEM.
